When is my Rent Due?
Rent is Due on the 1st of every month. If unpaid, a $20.00 late fee is automatically applied on the 9th.

292 Business Park Loop – Sequim, Washington. Our MAIN OFFICE is just around the corner at 431 Business Park Loop.
Can I access my storage unit after your office is closed?
Yes. The gate is accessible 24 Hours/Day, 7 Days/week.
Do you sell Locks?
Yes. We offer industry recommended high-quality round locks. $12.00 + tax.
Payment Types
Check, Visa, Master Card or Money Order.
Do you provide electrical power or heat in the storage units?
Each unit has lighting available, but we do not provide or permit a power source or heater in the storage units or the parking areas.
Are my belongings insured?
Carlsborg Self Storage does not insure the stored contents of your unit or your vehicle. Please contact your insurance company and ask if your items are insured under your homeowners’ or renters’ insurance policy.
